Ladies, you all know how important it is to have perfectly-shaped eyebrows. After all, they frame your face and enhance your features like no other. Over the years, eyebrow styles have come and gone, but if there’s one trend that has stuck on, it is that of thick eyebrows. Whether it is women on the runway or your favourite Bollywood beauties—all of them have the most perfectly arched, bold eyebrows.

Unfortunately, some of us don’t have enough hair growth on our eyebrows, and we just don’t know what to do! Well ladies, heave a sigh of relief because we’ve got some simple tips that you can easily follow at home to get eyebrows a la Kareena Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra.

Excited? So are we. Let’s not wait anymore, and get down to business!

1. Castor oil
Don’t we all know the benefits of castor oil for several beauty concerns? Once again, this trusted oil steps in to give you thick eyebrows! Castor oil is packed with proteins, fatty acids, antioxidants and vitamins, and can help you nourish your hair follicles. All you need to do is massage a few drops of this miracle oil into your eyebrows, and let it stay on for a good 30 minutes. Wipe it off with a makeup remover, once done.

2. Coconut oil
Since time immemorial, coconut oil has been used as part of the perfect beauty regime. Whether it’s for conditioning, moisturising, or something else—the fatty acids in coconut oil can work their magic! Plus there’s lauric acid in this oil too, which acts as an antimicrobial agent and helps to keep all kinds of infections at bay!

Coconut oil is also rich in vitamin E and iron, so you know you’re in good hands! Make sure to apply a few drops of coconut oil on your eyebrows at least three to four times a week.

3. Onion juice
It might sound gross, but onion juice works wonders if you want bold eyebrows! It contains generous amounts of sulphur, selenium, mineral, and vitamins B and C—and all these nutrients are good for hair growth! Sulphur particularly helps in boosting collagen, which is crucial for proper growth of eyebrows. Since onion oil doesn’t have a pleasant smell, it is best to use lemon juice right after its application to remove any traces! Try using onion oil on your eyebrows every alternate day.

4. Egg yolk
You may not know this but the hairs of your eyebrows are made of keratin protein. And eggs, as we know, are rich sources of protein and biotin. If you check out any skin or hair supplements available in the market, you will certainly find a mention of biotin, and now we know why! Use egg yolk on your eyebrows at least twice a week, and notice a difference in no time.

5. Petroleum jelly
Last but not the least, you can also use petroleum jelly on your eyebrows to condition and moisturise your brows. That’s because petroleum jelly contains generous amounts of petrolatum that prevents moisture from escaping, and that’s exactly why it keeps your eyebrows moisturised. Use the jelly every night, and in no time you’ll have thick eyebrows!
