We can never get enough of Disha Patani’s fitness videos! After all, this Bollywood beauty gives us fitness goals like no other. This time around, she has done the unbelievable, and no, we are not kidding! In her recent Instagram post, Disha has shared some of her favourite go-to exercises, and boy, we are impressed and how! The video shows how effortlessly she can lift weights, but of course, we know it’s her consistency and dedication that has helped her achieve this feat. 

The video shows her lifting 70 kilos of weights, doing three sets of hip thrust with 30 kg weights, as well as deadlifts.

We already know how much of a fitness freak Disha is. Earlier too, when she hit 40 million followers on Instagram, the gorgeous actor celebrated this milestone by lifting 60 kg weights in the gym. Disha wrote, “40 million got me like 60 kg 10 reps. Thank you my lovely fan clubs for all the support and love. I’m nothing without you all (sic).”
