Watch out for these symptoms that show you’re not moving enough:

When we talk about walking, it doesn’t mean that we want you to do 10,000 steps on the first day. You can start with a goal of 4,000 steps and gradually keep increasing it. In case you are short on time, you can make a habit of walking while on the phone, parking your vehicle at a walking distance from your home or office so that will give you more reasons to walk.

3. Play an outdoor sport

Most of us were active till our college days as we used to play some sport, but that agility gets lost once we start working as we don’t get the time. Let us remind you that our parents and friends had to stop us from playing so that we could have food or go out.
