Dear mommies, if you haven’t planned anything special for Children’s Day for your kids, you have help right here! Give them a wholesome and healthy snack option with this protein-rich recipe involving the goodness of rajma aka kidney bean and paneer!

Kids get easily attracted to junk food, but it is up to you to win their hearts and taste buds with exciting goodies on the table. So, always try to ensure that whatever the kids eat is nutritious and yet exciting to look at.

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup Soaked Rajma
  2. 1/2 cup Red Rice Poha
  3. 1/2 cup grated Panner
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1 tbsp Oil
  6. 1 tsp Butter

Method
  1. In a bowl, take rajma, grated paneer, crushed red rice poha, mixed herbs, salt and pepper and mix well.
  2. Now take some of the mixture and make a flat patty out of it. 
  3. Heat a non-stick pan,  brush some butter or oil, and shallow fry the prepared patties.
