Here’s why the coffee cookie is a healthy sweet treat:
  1. Coffee is packed with nutrients like vitamins B2, B5, BE, magnesium and potassium. These are all the nutrients that are necessary for efficient functioning of the body.
  2. Coffee helps to break down fat, protein, and carbohydrates, and the caffeine in coffee can also help with fat loss.
  3. Yasmin used jaggery syrup, which is far healthier than refined sugar. As we already know, jaggery is loaded with antioxidants and minerals like zinc and selenium, which help to prevent damage caused by free radicals.
  4. In fact, these coffee cookies can help you burn fat.
  5. Caffeine has the power to boost your brainpower.
  6. Coffee is also known to uplift your mood, especially if you’re sleep-deprived.
