All thanks to the presence of fibre. We all know that our gut endures maximum heat during the summer season, especially due to the kind of food we eat. Problems like ulcer, acidity, irritable bowel movement, constipation, and bloating are way too common during this season. And if your gut is unhealthy, how can you function properly? That’s why drinking barley water at least twice a week is a must.
