The year 2020 is also one of ingenuity—where many of us experimented with cooking the most intricate dishes instead of ordering out for the sake of our health. And if the urge to cook at home has extended to festive desserts for you, then we have a healthy laddoo recipe for you.

Servings: 10 

Ingredients 

1 cup peanuts
1/2 cup jaggery powder
3 tbsp ghee

Method

1. Dry roast the peanuts until they become crisp and grind them in a mixer.
2. In a small pan, warm the ghee. Add it to the grounded peanuts.
3. Mix the ghee with the peanuts until well combined. Now add the jaggery powder and cardamom powder. Mix everything until well combined.
4. Take a small portion of the laddoo mixture in your palms and make round laddoos.
