1 amla
1teaspoon black pepper
1 gram raw turmeric
1 gram raw ginger
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
20 ml water

Here’s how to make it:

1. Put amla, turmeric, ginger, black pepper, and water in a blender to prepare the mix.
2. Strain the mix. Pour it in a glass and mix apple cider vinegar. Enjoy your homely immunity booster!
