Dark circles are common among people the world over. They make you look older than your age and are just not desirable. But have you ever wondered what causes them?

Well, there are multiple reasons for dark circles—including feelings of anger, lack of sleep, poor diet, alcohol, stress, smoke, and pollution.

1. Tomato

Tomatoes help protect the delicate skin under the eyes by boosting blood circulation and keeping the skin healthy.
