According to a Cleveland Clinic research, after you orgasm (whether you sex or masturbate) you experience muscle spasms, increased heart rate, and breathing which causes fatigue and gives you a good night’s sleep.

This happens due to a spike in the production of lymphocytes or white blood cells (WBCs). More WBCs in your body means better immunity. A study published in NeuroImmunoModulation actually conducted an experiment to ratify this logic.
