Gratitude is a powerful positive force that reminds us of all the good things we have in our lives. Counting the blessings and finding happiness in little things can be a roadmap to a happy and prosperous life. In the Covid-19 era, gratitude is the most healthy and mindful practice one can take in their lives for healthy family relations and a positive mind. And Shilpa Shetty Kundra is doing just that!

Shilpa Shetty, who gave us fitness goals galore throughout 2021, has decided to practice gratitude and take it seriously in the new year. Her first post for the series was all about being grateful about the love that she gets from her little ones.

A mother of two, Shilpa shared a picture of her children hugging her, and she captioned it, “The last two years have been a roller coaster ride for all of us. This year, I want to make a note of the biggest and the littlest blessings life gives me that I am grateful for.”

One of the two pictures from Shilpa’s post is seen showcasing a picture of a journal, with a mother and a baby on the left side, along with a gratitude message for her little ones stating, “Grateful for: Cuddles with my little ones”.

Shilpa’s post is a perfect example of adding gratitude to our lives, especially towards our family and kids.
