Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. A study published online in the journal Proceedings of the Nutrition Society, showed that those who skip breakfast are more likely to be deficient in important nutrients such as calcium, fibre, and vitamins and minerals. And remember to reap all the benefits of breakfast by having it early in the morning.

Evil 6: Sitting for too long

Sitting for long hours? Well, physical inactivity is the fourth leading cause of death by non-communicable conditions. Sitting doesn’t just put pressure on your lower body, but it also obstructs blood circulation, and that’s the reason you feel numbness in your body parts. Besides, it can lead to pain in your spine and weakness in the legs and glutes.

To avoid this problem, after every one hour of sitting, take a small walk for 2 to 5 minutes, practice yoga, and sit on an ergonomically designed chair.
