Fitness is a way of life for many people, including celebs like Malaika Arora. She’s been a huge motivation for most of us even before the pandemic happened. Her posts on social media always fill us with energy, making us want to get up and move our bodies. This is exactly what Malaika’s post looks like – she can be seen having an intense workout in a gym. And guess what? She’s preparing herself for International Yoga Day, which is held on June 21.

The beautiful actress shared a video montage that gives a sneak peek into all that she does, while she’s in the gym. Dressed in a sports bra and track pants, Malaika can be seen climbing the stairs, walking on a treadmill, running, doing squats, and using a gym ball to exercise. Here’s what her caption read, “Walk, run, move, breathe, stretch, flex. But start toh karo.”

She added, “International Day of Yoga is 4 days away! What are you guys doing?”

Check it out for yourself:

Oh and did we tell you, she chose the song Level Up by Ciara to go with this video! We think it’s the perfect choice –  after all, it will make you want to level up and how!

This is what Malaika had written in an earlier post, “I felt disappointed that my body wasn’t supporting how my mind felt. I was afraid that I’d never gain back my strength. I wondered whether I’d even be able to complete one activity in 24 hours. My first workout was brutal. I couldn’t do anything well. I felt broken. But Day 2, I got back up and I told myself, I am my own maker. And then day 3 and 4 and 5 and so on.”

Isn’t she a powerhouse, ladies?
