Binaural beats harness the brain’s responsiveness to sound to move you into a state of deep relaxation, relieve anxiety, and help you sleep better. Listening to these sounds that create a low-frequency tone, that triggers a slow-down to brainwave activity, thereby helping you relax, lower your anxiety, and make it easier for you to fall asleep and sleep more soundly.

This therapeutic tool affects the brainwaves, such as the theta brainwave, associated with deep relaxation, including the lighter stages of non-REM (NREM) sleep. Deep meditation produces theta waves, which are slower and of lower frequency, as well as delta brainwave pattern, which is slow, low-frequency brainwaves (between 1.5-4 hertz), critical for NREM sleep.
