Now that you’ve landed here, it’s no wonder you are suffering from the sagging of your twins. Every woman experiences this once in a while. Is it caused by health problems or is it natural? Well, it’s normal as you age because your body undergoes a lot of changes that might lead to sagging, loose breasts. However, this can be avoided. Exercise is one way, but your diet also plays an important role. There are certain foods to tighten breasts, and perhaps you should consider it.

To help you out and find out the foods that are best for your breast health, Health Shots spoke to Dr Jinal Patel, Dietitian, Apollo Spectra Hospital, Mumbai.

Breast drooping or sagging breasts are common signs of ageing. In fact, other factors such as menopause, oestrogen deficiency, pregnancy, obesity, and stress can all worsen this issue. Your appearance and confidence may suffer if your breasts begin to droop. Many women ignore this change because they believe it to be natural. However, according to Dr Patel, you can at least manage it to some degree with some foods.

Here are 7 foods to tighten your sagging breasts, according to Dr Patel:

1. Lentils

Lentils, dairy, and eggs are protein-rich foods that can help you to tighten your breasts.

2. Beans

Beans are loaded with fiber and prevent breast sagging after pregnancy and due to growing age, by maintaining healthy tissue generation.

3. Turmeric

Turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties that keep blood flow healthy and smooth, particularly in women’s breast after breastfeeding, and prevent sagging breasts.

4. Plum

Anti-ageing and anti-cancerous antioxidants can be found in plums, peaches, and blueberries. These antioxidants also keep blood vessels open, promoting smooth blood flow. Your bust will remain fuller and firmer as a result of the healthy blood flow.

5. Seeds and nuts

In order to maintain firm breasts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, and anise seeds tend to raise natural oestrogen levels in the body. As a strong source of protein and fat, in addition to seeds, nuts are also good for your breast size.

6. Cruciferous vegetables

Cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, and cauliflower have phytoestrogens, which mimic estrogen and maintain healthy breasts. Remember that green leafy vegetables should be a part of your daily diet, no matter the issue.

7. Fatty fish

Salmon, sardines, tuna, and other fatty fish are excellent sources of omega-3 fatty acids. They can aid in repairing the harm done by free radicals, making them good for lifting sagging breasts. In fact, some seafood has been shown to increase sex hormones and encourage the development of breast tissue.
